Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from Zentrek Adventures will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy a free evening to relax and prepare for your Himalayan adventure.

Attend a trek briefing, complete equipment checks, and enjoy free time exploring Kathmandu’s cultural landmarks and vibrant markets.

Take a scenic mountain flight to Lukla and begin trekking through beautiful Sherpa villages to Phakding.

Follow the Dudh Koshi River through Sagarmatha National Park before ascending to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Everest region.

A rest day to help your body adapt to the altitude. Optional hikes to Everest View Hotel offer stunning mountain panoramas.

Leave the main Everest trail and follow a quieter route to the historic Sherpa village of Thame, famous for its monastery and mountaineering heritage.

Gradually ascend through alpine landscapes and remote mountain settlements as you approach the first high pass.

Cross the spectacular Renjo La Pass and enjoy breathtaking views of Everest, Gokyo Lakes, and the surrounding Himalayan range before descending to Gokyo.

An early morning climb to Gokyo Ri rewards trekkers with one of the finest panoramic views in the entire Everest region.

Follow the edge of the Ngozumpa Glacier to the small settlement of Thagnak.

One of the most exciting days of the trek. Cross the challenging Cho La Pass before descending to Dzongla.
