Ama Dablam Base Camp Trek – 12 Days

At Zentrek Adventures, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free trekking experience. The following services are included in your Gokyo Lakes & Renjo La Pass Trek package:

Accommodation & Transfers

• Airport arrival and departure transfers as per the itinerary.
• 3 nights’ accommodation in a comfortable 3-star hotel in Kathmandu on a twin-sharing basis, including daily breakfast.
• Ground transportation for the Kathmandu sightseeing tour.

Sightseeing in Kathmandu

• Guided visit to Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple).
• Entrance fees for the included sightseeing program.

Domestic Flights

• Round-trip domestic flights between Kathmandu and Lukla.
• Applicable airport taxes and service charges.

Trekking Accommodation

• 11 nights’ accommodation in traditional mountain lodges (tea houses) during the trek.

Meals During the Trek

• Three meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) throughout the trekking period.
• Tea or coffee served with meals during the trek.

Trekking Staff & Support

• Experienced, government-licensed English-speaking trekking guide.
• Necessary porter support for carrying trekking equipment and personal luggage.

• Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit.
• Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality Entry Permit.

The following items and services are not included in the trek package cost and should be arranged or paid for separately by participants:

International Travel

• International airfare to and from Nepal.
• Any airport departure taxes not included in your international flight ticket.

Visa Fees

• Nepal entry visa fee, which can be obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu or from a Nepalese Embassy prior to travel.

Meals in Kathmandu

• Lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu, except for the complimentary farewell dinner provided by Zentrek Adventures.

Beverages

• Bottled water, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, energy drinks, and other personal beverages.
• Additional tea, coffee, or snacks purchased outside the included meal plan.

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking activities.
• Emergency medical treatment and helicopter evacuation coverage up to 5,500 meters or higher is strongly recommended.

Personal Equipment & Clothing

• Personal trekking gear and clothing.
• Sleeping bags, down jackets, trekking poles, and other equipment unless specifically rented or arranged separately.

Personal Expenses

• Internet and Wi-Fi charges.
• International and local telephone calls.
• Laundry services.
• Battery charging fees at tea houses.
• Hot showers during the trek.
• Souvenirs and personal shopping.
• Any additional accommodation or meals caused by flight delays, early return, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tips & Gratuities

• Tips for trekking guides, porters, drivers, and support staff. Tipping is customary in Nepal and greatly appreciated for excellent service.

Additional Costs

• Expenses arising from natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellations, political disturbances, illness, or any circumstances beyond the control of Zentrek Adventures.
